The company Ericsson Nikola Tesla contracted with T-Mobile Montenegro the delivery of 3G and 2G equipment. The contract was signed on March 22, 2007 in Podgorica. It includes the necessary implementation services, equipment integration, including the solution and project management, as well as the IP Broadband Network Design (IPBN Network Design). Under the contract Ericsson Nikola Tesla will also change the CC/MCC codes within the network operated by T-Mobile Montenegro. Thus, after having gained a reputation within the corporation of a 3G technologies competence center and after having contracted 3G jobs in the home market, Ericsson Nikola Tesla closes its first 3G contract outside the Republic of Croatia.
„We are very proud of the fact that Ericsson Nikola Tesla after a number of corporate 3G jobs in which our experts took part and after signing 3G contracts in Croatia has obtained a 3G reference on one of its export markets. I congratulate the team that prepared the contract that will undoubtedly contribute to strengthening of our position as a regional leader in the new information and communication technologies,” comments Gordana Kovačević, president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla.
„It goes without saying that signing of the contract is only the first phase of this complex and strategic job. Now we are facing the phase of implementation, integration and putting into operation of the contracted equipment and training of the T-Mobile Montenegro staff. However, judging by our former professional experience, I am positive that we shall manage to fulfill our obligations within the committed deadlines and quality framework,” points out Davor Rogić, Ericsson Nikola Tesla’s acting marketing and sales director in Montenegro market.
With this new reference the company is strongly positioned as an innovative pioneer in new technologies and a promoter of prosperity on all of its markets.
