Pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment passed by the General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla held on June 5, 2012, we notify the shareholders that the dividend for the business year 2011 in the total amount of HRK 170 per share (HRK 20 regular dividend and HRK 150 extraordinary dividend) will be paid out on June 28, 2012.

 

Entitled to obtain the dividend are shareholders who on May 29, 2012 had Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository&Clearing Company.

 

In accordance with applicable tax regulations, all taxpayers will be charged the appropriate taxes. The non-taxable portion of dividend, amounting to HRK 12,000 per year, may be recognized in the annual Personal income tax return if submitted according to clause 30, item 11 of the Law on Income Tax.
