Pursuant to the Croatian Accounting Law (Article 27), preparation of the Annual Report is the obligation of all big enterprises. The Annual Report of the Joint Stock Company Ericsson Nikola Tesla comprises, among other things, Company business performance and financial highlights, audited financial statements for the year and auditors' report.
The Company Management Board is obliged to present the Annual Report to the shareholders till 30th June during the current year.
