The Award “MRAK” for the Campaign “Rebuilding by Knowledge”

This year, for the eighth time, the Creativity and Innovation Day was held on May 22, at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Ericsson Nikola Tesla campaign “Rebuilding by Knowledge“ was caught in the net among the most quality innovative and creative products, together with education, tourism, socially responsible projects, etc. The campaign won the Award “MRAK”, presented by the Network for Development and Creativity (MRAK – Mreža za razvoj i kreativnost), as the best creative and innovative sustainable development project.

This event was initiated with the aim to encourage creativity in all aspects of work and society, and this year, a special emphasis was placed on the culture of creation, which was the key subject of the event, as well as the theme of the award.
 
The highlight of the event’s interesting program that included lectures given by eminent Croatian and foreign experts and interesting discussions was the ceremony of presenting the “MRAK” awards. Ericsson Nikola Tesla campaign “Rebuilding by Knowledge“ was caught in the net among the most quality innovative and creative products, together with education, tourism, socially responsible projects,etc. By the decision of the expert jury, the campaign won the “MRAK” award for the best creative and innovative sustainable development project. Receiving the award, the President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Gordana Kovačević, MSc, highlighted that innovativeness is the Company's lasting commitment and the basis for its long-term technological leadership.

The aim of the campaign was to additionally motivate employees to be innovative in everything they do and encourage them to broaden their knowledge about their colleagues' innovations. It also encouraged them to participate in the Ericsson Nikola Tesla great humanitarian action for the rebuilding of the medical clinic in Gunja, which had its final event during the celebration of Ericsson Nikola Tesla 65th Anniversary.
