Successful presentation at the biggest ICT conference in Kosovo

Ericsson Nikola Tesla continuously strengthens its position on the Kosovo market, where it achieves excellent cooperation with the leading Kosovo operators. In addition to a significant increase of the number of members of our Kosovo team during this year, the latest activities are related to the presentation of our company at the KosICT international technology festival and at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Pristina.

The company has been present in Kosovo for many years, and in 2013 our office was opened in Pristina. Our employees in the Pristina office are a part of our large team of globally respected experts. This year, 9 employees joined our research and development team and they cooperate successfully with their colleagues in Croatia. Recently, they attended an onboarding session in Split, which contributed to cooperation and a better familiarization with the company culture.

The recently held KosICT event in Pristina, dedicated to the digital transformation of business by promoting digital economy and sharing knowledge, gathered regional and international experts from this field. This event proved to be an excellent place for generating business potential, strengthening the company's reputation and strengthening business relations with relevant stakeholders. Our team presented the company at the company's exhibition stand and our colleague Ante Šimović held a lecture “IPsec in Radio Access Network” at the conference.

There were also many activities at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Pristina. Our experts Mislav Jurčević, Ante Šimović and Rinor Berisha presented the company to the students placing special emphasis on the office in Kosovo and gave a lecture on the evolution of mobile technology as well as the role of our R&D center experts in the development of the state-of-the-art communication technologies, especially related to the radio access network. Students showed a great interest in employment and they learned everything they were interested in related to technologies and possible employment during a quality discussion with professors and our representatives.
These activities are new steps towards further strengthening of the Kosovo team, an even greater presence on the Kosovo market and a stronger connection with the academic community in this region.
