Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. Zagreb (ETK) is an associated company of the Ericsson Group. Ericsson and ETK are the sole owners of information published on Ericsson Nikola Tesla web site. The Company sells, shares and forwards such information to others only in compliance with the Regulations herein. Ericsson may collect user information at several points within ETK website. The Company may also transfer the collected user information to any relevant unit within Ericsson and may locate them anywhere in the world.

General inquiries

If a user contacts Ericsson Corporation or Ericsson Nikola Tesla with a general inquiry, his/her personal information shall be provided. ETK and Ericsson will use personal information to respond to the inquiry and to further correspondence.  Information may be also used for collecting statistical data in response handling, and such data are processed in a bulk. The Corporation may request information from users by filling in contact details (such as name and delivery address), and, sometimes, financial information (credit card number and its expiry date). This information is used for billing and execution of customers’ orders purposes. If any problem in order processing is encountered, the given contact information is used to get in touch with a user.
Periodically, on Corporate website, users are being invited to participate in various polls or contests. Participating in such a poll or contest is fully on a voluntary basis. Therefore, a user may choose whether to provide this information or not. The requierd information can involve contact details (such as name and address) and demographic information (sex, age, education level). Information gathered via polls shall be used for monitoring purpose or for improving the use and the user satisfaction of the Corporate Internet pages. When it is about a contest purpose, contact information shall be used to register participants, announce winners, award prizes, etc.

Third-party services

Ericsson may partner with others in order to provide special services. When a user requires such services, the Corporation will share names or other user contact information that may be necessary to the third party, in order to provide the end user with the required services.
Third parties shall not use any gathered personal information for any other purpose but for providing the required services. Ericsson does not share any gathered demographic information with its partners and advertisers.


Extranets provide customer with special contents and functions. In order to meet properly its commitment towards major customers, Ericsson must mutually agree on the personnel authorized to access a particular extranet content and use special extranet functions. Ericsson uses cookies together with additional safety mechanism in order to identify and track registered users who enter extranet or other Ericsson limited access Internet pages or its related domains.
