The Extraordinary General Assembly of Ericsson Nikola Tesla took place on September 16, 2003.
After appointing the verifying commission, verification of registrations, and determining the represented capital, it was declared that 710.809 shares/votes were present at the Assembly, and that consequently the Assembly was qualified to lawfully decide on issues.
Then the decision on modifications and additions to the company Statute was made; pursuant to that in article 11 section 2 was added that reads: “In addition to the issues defined explicitly by law, the General Assembly is also authorized to decide on the admission and suspension of securities to a quotation on the Stock Exchange or organized public market”.
The decision on listing the company shares in the first quotation on one of the Croatian stock exchanges was declined with the majority of votes.
