Notice on changes in the percentage of voting rights

Pursuant to Article 472 of the Capital Market Act, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., (hereinafter: the Issuer), informs that on July 30, 2018 has received from Raiffeisen Mandatory and Voluntary Pension Funds Management Company Plc. a Notice in accordance with Articles 482 and 486 of the Capital Market Act on changes in the percentage of voting rights.
