Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that on November 04, 2015, it has acquired 3,000 own shares which represent 0.23% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 3,397 which represent 0.26% of the Company's share capital.
