(hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Company Director, Gordana Kovačević acquired 200 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. total nominal value of HRK 20,000 within the Award program. The shares represent 0.015% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.015% votes at the Annual General Meeting.
 
The Company Director, Gordana Kovačević released on March 16, 2016, 50 shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., of the total nominal value of HRK 5,000. The shares represent 0.004% of the share capital of the Company and provide 0.004% votes at the Annual General Meeting.
