Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby announces the acquisition of 5 shares, the total nominal value of HRK 500, which represent 0.0004% of the Company's share capital.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 3,177, the total nominal value 317,700.00 HRK, which represent 0.24% of the Company's share capital.
