Even though Croatian software industry is becoming more and more successful, and is recognized as a lever for success in the Croatian Industrial Strategy, its development is not accompanied by an adequate offer of qualified people that graduated from technical faculties. It is estimated that Croatia lacks approximately 1 000 experts on a yearly basis. Therefore, employers actively present themselves to students, mainly at job fairs at the faculties, searching for great talents.
