East Capital, the leading independent asset manager specializing in Eastern European financial markets founded in 1997 for the first time granted East Capital Awards to the best companies in this part of the world in three categories: Best Growth, Best IPO and East Capital Discovery of the Year. The Award ceremony was held on 9th November.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. is the first company in Croatia that organized a Capital Markets Day in order to emphasize the significance of investor relations and to strengthen the confidence of investors in company management. The conference took place on October 28, 2004.
The main features of the Ericsson Nikola Tesla operations in the first nine months of 2004 are stability and growth (published October 27). Ericsson Nikola Tesla accomplished in the first three quarters of the year all planned objectives, and some business indicators exceed the expectations.
In the summer months Ericsson Nikola Tesla signed contracts exceeding the total amount of 46 million USD (published September 28).
Pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment passed by the General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla of May 18, 2004, we notify the shareholders that the dividend in the amount of 17 HRK per share will be paid out on June 18, 2004.
In the first five months of 2004, especially in April and May, Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the Croatia-based leading supplier of cutting edge (modern) communication solutions, services and equipment in the region, that recently established themselves as the high-quality integrator of information – communication systems in the region, signed a series of significant contracts in the domestic and export markets (published May 31).
The seventh Golden Share nomination took place on May 20, 2004 in the Mimara Museum. Ericsson Nikola Tesla was assigned the Golden Share in the award category of highest price increase. The company was also nominated in the contest categories of market capitalization increase, liquidity, the best share in all industry except for food and pharmaceutical industry. Ericsson Nikola Tesla was also close to receiving the award for the overall best share in 2003, which was assigned to ADRIS Group.
The General Assembly of the joint stock company Ericsson Nikola Tesla took place on May 18, 2004. The Assembly was conducted by Rajko Pfaff, the deputy president of the company. At the Assembly 760.688 votes i.e. shares were represented. Ã…ke Enell, the president of the company and Maria Radtke, the finance director addressed the shareholders and presented the business results of the company in 2003.
In our company, located in Zagreb, 45 Krapinska, a press conference was held covering topics related to company's performance in 2003.
Pursuant to the decision of the General Assembly of May 8, 2003 on share capital decrease and after the required legal period has expired on January 27, 2004 shareholders were paid the amount of 100 HRK per share. Nominal value of Ericsson Nikola Tesla share now amounts to 200 HRK.
